 WELCOME TO OUR ENGLISH AUXILIARY ASSISTANT, MARIBELLE.

Hello everyone. My name is Maribelle and I am the English Auxiliary assistant at CEIP El Algarrobillo this year. I was born in Lebanon, but have lived in Los Angeles, California for most of my life. I speak English, Arabic, and some Spanish. I love teaching, traveling, and learning about different cultures. I graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara with degrees in Global Studies and Middle Eastern Studies with a minor in Translation. I enjoy using different techniques to teach students and keep them engaged, especially through various games such as crossword puzzles, word searches, jeopardy, unscramble, etc. I am happy to be here and enjoy working with all of the students. 

 

Hola a todos. Mi nombre es Maribelle y este año soy la Auxiliar de Inglés del CEIP El Algarrobillo. Nací en el Líbano, pero he vivido en Los Ángeles, California la mayor parte de mi vida. Hablo inglés, árabe y un poco del español. Me encanta enseñar, viajar y aprender sobre diferentes culturas. Me gradué de la Universidad de California en Santa Bárbara con títulos en Estudios Globales y Estudios del Medio Oriente con una especialización en Traducción. Disfruto usando diferentes técnicas para enseñar a los estudiantes y mantenerlos involucrados, especialmente a través de varios juegos como crucigramas, búsqueda de palabras, peligro, descifrado, etc. Estoy feliz de estar aquí y disfruto trabajando con todos los estudiantes.
